Payment is due at the start of each session. We accept payments via Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Checks will be accepted from established clients.
Payment and Fees for Services
Consistent with Back on Track Psychotherapy's goal of providing first class therapy at an affordable price, we have instituted the following payment scale. All fees are subject to our standard cancellation policy shown at the bottom of this page.
Our low cost Individual and Couples Therapy
Our low cost single session fees are shown below. All fees are subject to our standard cancellation policy shown at the bottom of this page.
- Individual Session $55.00 (45-50 minute session)
- Couples Therapy $70.00 (55 minute session)
Save even more with our Multi-Session Packages
Back on Tack Psychotherapy also offers discounts for multiple sessions. Full payment for all of our multi-session packages is due upon completion of the first session. This will allow the patient and therapist to evaluate the need for returning visits. Current packages are listed below. All fees are subject to our standard cancellation policy shown at the bottom of this page.
- 3 individual sessions for $150
- 3 couples sessions for $200
Psychotherapy Groups
Group therapy requires full commitment by the patient to attend all scheduled sessions in succession. This allows for continued continuity thus providing the most benefit to the patient as well as the other members of the group. Payment of all sessions for a group must be made at the start of the first group and no reimbursement will be given for missed sessions. We will, however, invite the patient back to cover any session missed during the next time that particular group is scheduled.
- Group Therapy $20.00 per group session
Cancellation Policy
It is the policy of Back on Track Psychotherapy that cancelled or rescheduled sessions will result in a cancellation charge of $25 if not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting our office at (813) 419-7792.
Payment by Insurance
Back on Tack Psychotherapy does not accept insurance; however, we are considered a non-participating provider in most insurance plans. Back on Tack Psychotherapy will provide you with a formal receipt with the diagnosis code as required by most plans for reimbursement. You may then submit this receipt directly to your insurance provider for your direct reimbursement. This practice has been implemented to eliminate processing costs and keep our rates low for everyone.
